- “Services” refers to any offerings provided by Convertoid, including SEO, content creation, website audits, consulting, or any digital marketing solutions.
3. Scope of Services
Convertoid provides:
- SEO strategy and implementation
- Technical SEO audits and optimisation
- On-page and off-page SEO
- Blog and website content writing
- Keyword research and content planning
- Local and global SEO services
- Custom digital marketing strategies
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information needed for service delivery
- Grant us access to relevant website tools, platforms, or analytics if required
- Respond in a timely manner to feedback or requests
- Ensure full payment is made according to the agreed timeline
- Not misuse or redistribute any deliverables without prior written permission
5. Payments and Invoicing
All services are billed according to the package or proposal agreed upon in writing. Payment terms:
- 50% deposit upfront, 50% upon project completion (unless otherwise agreed)
- Monthly retainer payments due on the 1st of each month
- Late payments (7+ days overdue) may incur a 5% late fee
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Wise, or Payoneer
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables. Convertoid retains the right to:
- Showcase anonymous, non-sensitive portions of work in its portfolio
- Use anonymised project outcomes for internal research and case studies
All raw files, drafts, and proprietary methods remain the property of Convertoid unless transferred in writing.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and business data with strict confidentiality. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without written consent, except when legally required.
Clients are also expected to keep confidential any strategies, documents, or information shared by Convertoid.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
Convertoid does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or financial outcomes, as SEO is influenced by many external factors including Google algorithm changes, market competition, and third-party platforms.
We strive for measurable results and follow ethical, white-hat SEO practices aligned with industry best standards.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination:
- Any outstanding payments will be due immediately
- Work delivered up to the termination point remains the property of the client upon full payment
- No future obligations will be enforced unless previously agreed
10. Limitation of Liability
Convertoid shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or reputation resulting from our services
- Website downtime, traffic loss, or technical issues arising from client-side tools or hosts
Total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by the client in the past 60 days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
12. Changes to Terms
Convertoid reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted implies acceptance of the revised terms.
